LJ Eads is the Founder of The Catalei Foundation, a faith-based nonprofit devoted to strengthening national resilience by equipping youth and families to steward God’s creation, defend America’s moral and environmental integrity, and confront the rising influence of adversarial threats. Through a mission that blends creation care with policy vigilance, The Catalei Foundation empowers the next generation to lead with purpose, responsibility, and truth.

His work focuses on delivering actionable intelligence and compliance insights—particularly related to foreign influence and China-related risks—to protect U.S. institutions, families, and the integrity of our national systems. With extensive experience spanning data analytics, research intelligence, and technology development, LJ is recognized as a leader in leveraging advanced technologies to solve complex legal and geopolitical challenges.

LJ serves as the Director of Research Intelligence at Parallax Advanced Research, leading teams to develop cutting-edge data products using natural language processing, machine learning, and graph analytics. LJ also contributed to national security initiatives through leadership roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, MITRE, and the United States Air Force, where LJ specialized in space network warfare, signals intelligence, and advancing AI capabilities for the intelligence community.
